Abstract

PetJoyPlus is a digital platform created to make managing pet health easier and more efficient for both pet owners and veterinary clinics. With features like easy appointment scheduling, streamlined medical record management, and shop-to-shop recommendations, the platform helps improve the accessibility of care. During a one-month pilot from December 19, 2024, to January 19, 2025, PetJoyPlus showed real value, particularly by improving communication between pet owners and veterinarians, making appointment management smoother, and giving real-time insights into pet health. Early feedback highlighted a much better user experience, with both pet owners and veterinary professionals finding the platform more organized and user-friendly. By simplifying processes and reducing unnecessary clinic visits, PetJoyPlus ensures pets receive timely and proactive care.
